The Tampa Bay Dish Story

Hi.  My name is Mason.  Food to me is a passion.  I would like to think if food was a sport I'd be undefeated.  Omaha, NE boasts the most restaurants per ca-pita in the US and being originally from there I was a little spoiled when it came to dining.  After living in the Tampa Bay area for the last 6 years however, I have found some excellent eateries and bars right here under my nose.  I've been exploring them for sometime now but I realized that I should share my findings and maybe turn some of my fellow food fanatics onto some culinary euphoria they may not have known existed.  So come, follow me and bring a napkin as we being our journey into the cuisine de Tampa.
